Where are your products made? 
All of our products are handmade in Japan.  We partner with kilns & craftspeople across different prefectures in Japan to bring artisanal tableware and home goods for the modern home.  

Why does my product look slightly different from the website?
Each piece is handmade. Slight variations between pieces can be expected.

Is there a different size or shape option for [ITEM]?
If you are interested in other sizes and shapes for certain collections, please let us know here.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, you can select the gift option on the product page before checking out for $5 per order. All items will be wrapped in one box. If an item is not eligible for gift wrap, we will be in touch.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards in three denominations ($25, $50, and $100) for redemption on our site. Our gift cards do not have an expiration date, have no additional processing fees, and cannot be returned.  See here to purchase and for more details. 

Shipping: 

Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship to the United States, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.  Shipping fee will vary on the size, weight, and destination, and will be calculated at checkout.  For more details, please see here.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
At this time, we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box.
