At The Kogei Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return a product within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original unused condition with packaging accompanied by the receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sales
Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not refundable.
