At The Kogei Shop, each piece is carefully packaged and dispatched with the same attention to craft that defines our collection. Please review the details below to understand what to expect when your order is on its way.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

U.S. (domestic) 

We ship all domestic orders via UPS Ground, with an estimated delivery of 3-7 business days, depending on destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Free shipping is available on all U.S. domestic orders over $150.

Canada

We ship to Canada via UPS Standard, with an estimated delivery of 5-8 business days, depending on destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

Europe

We ship to Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Norway, and Sweden via DHL Express Worldwide, with an estimated delivery of 2-5 business days, depending on destination.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For international orders (Canada, Europe, and beyond), applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means no surprise fees upon delivery — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Please note that Norway, while not an EU member, may have additional customs processing requirements that could affect delivery timelines.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows above, occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, or weather events. The Kogei Shop is not responsible for delays outside of our control once an order has been dispatched.
