A knot - or musubi in Japanese - signifies a union, and is often used in celebratory moments and rituals.  This is the foundational knot design, and the first to be created  in this series.  

These make for great wedding or anniversary gifts.  Choose from 3 different colors, or collect all colors for a set of 3.
