Made from vintage glass fishing buoys that were commonly used through the 70's, the Ukidama collection - meaning floats in Japanese - was born to give these buoys a second life in a different form.
Seen and heard everywhere in summer time Japan, this handblown wind bell has been carefully crafted to create its distinct sound by using crystal glass for the zetsu - or clapper - with fine grooves. Hang it by a window or entryway - indoors or outdoors - to enjoy the peaceful acoustics and mesmerizing visuals.
Handmade in Aomori, Japan.
